I am pleased to meet you! I’m Brian, and I would love to help you discover The Villages, Florida and all it has to offer. It truly is an amazing place to live and play.

I am currently a full-time Villager, though I have been coming to the area frequently since 2011. Before becoming a Florida real estate agent I spent over 20 years as a software development manager, designer, developer, and entrepreneur. I have an American MBA, a Masters of Science from a French Grande École, and I’m a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). The diverse roles I’ve played during my career – software developer, web designer, Internet marketer, project and program manager, educator, and entrepreneur – have given me a well-rounded background as a data-driven, technically-adept professional with a wildly creative side.

When I’m not working, I love to write, explore the world, and share what knowledge I’ve gained from my experiences with others while embracing a spirit of perpetual learning and understanding. I’ve spent over a dozen years living and working abroad with my family in France, Ireland, and the Czech Republic. I love learning – and teaching – about different people and places. And I love and believe in real estate; for nearly two decades I’ve run a successful side business in real estate investing and would love to share some of the knowledge I’ve learned about buying and selling real estate with you.

It is my goal to be the best, most helpful, and most informative real estate agent in The Villages, Florida by providing the most knowledge about The Villages community. I am especially knowledgeable of the area near Lake Sumter Landing, having been living in or visiting this particular area for fifteen years.
